Admission Process at Christ University, Bangalore

For B.Tech/B.Sc(Hons.)/BCA/BA(Hons.):

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for Christ University Entrance Test (CUET).

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Skill Assessment Test is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, 11th and 12th will be done.

For B.Tech (Lateral Entry):

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Admission will be offered based on the performance in 3-year diploma in Engineering.

For B.Sc./BA:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates have to appear for Skill Assessment Test. The Skill Assessment Test will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for a Personal Interview. During the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10 and Class 11/12 will be done.

For B.Com:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for Christ University Entrance Test.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Candidates then have to give a Micro Presentation of 90 seconds

  • Micro Presentation is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, 11th and 12th will be done.

For BBA/BBA (Hons.)/BHM:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for Christ University Entrance Test.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Candidates then have to give a Micro Presentation of 90 seconds

  • Micro Presentation is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, 11th and 12th will be done.

For BA (Theatre Studies, English and Psychology):

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to show a 5 minutes art and performance skill on stage. Assessment will be done on the art and performance skill. This will include dance, or any other form suitable to appropriately manifest the candidate’s gift on stage.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Skill Assessment Test is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, 11th and 12th will be done.

For B.Arch:

  • Candidates have to appear for NATA/JEE Main Paper-2 Entrance Exam.

  • Candidates then have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to appear for Skill Assessment Test. The Skill Assessment Test will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for a Personal Interview. During the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and NATA/JEE Main Paper-2 Entrance Exam score will be done.

For B.Ed.:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to appear for Skill Assessment Test. The Skill Assessment Test will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for a Personal Interview. During the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and undergraduate degree will be done.

For M.Tech/MSW/M.Sc/MCA/MA/M.Com:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to appear for Skill Assessment Test. The Skill Assessment Test will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for a Personal Interview. During the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and undergraduate degree will be done.

For M.Sc. (Mathematics):

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to appear for Christ University Entrance Test.

  • Candidates then have to appear for Skill Assessment Test. The Skill Assessment Test will consist of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for a Personal Interview. During the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and undergraduate degree will be done.

For MBA:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Applicants have to appear for Group Discussion and give a Micro Presentation.

  • Applicants will then have to appear for a Written Assessment in which they will be asked to write on a topic for not more than 10 minutes.

  • This will be followed by Verbal Assessment and Personal interview of each applicant which will be done by an expert panel. During the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and undergraduate degree will be done.

For Executive MBA:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Candidates then have to give a Micro Presentation of 90 seconds.

  • Micro Presentation is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and undergraduate degree will be done.

For LLM:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Then, candidates have to appear for Christ University Entrance Test.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Skill Assessment Test is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12 and undergraduate degree will be done.

For M.Phil:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to appear for an Entrance Test which will be assess their analytical skills and subject knowledge.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Skill Assessment Test is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in Class 10, Class 11/12, undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree and research proposal will be done.

For PhD:

  • Candidates have to apply for admission online on the University website.

  • Candidates then have to appear for PhD Entrance Examination. Those candidates who qualify UGC-NET (including JRF)/UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF)/ SLET/GATE/ teacher fellowship holder or have passed M.Phil Programme shall be exempted from the PhD Entrance Examination. Those candidates will take a Research Skill Assessment Test.

  • Then, there will be a Skill Assessment Test which consists of a test on written skills, communication skills and logical reasoning.

  • Skill Assessment Test is followed by a Personal Interview. In the Personal Interview, assessment of past performance in undergraduate degree, postgraduate degree, M.Phil and research proposal will be done.
